To protect consumer rights, we provide a 7-day satisfaction guarantee inspection period. During this period, please ensure the complete integrity of shipped merchandise (including complete packaging bags, hang tags, accessories, promotional gifts and add-on items).
If you discover major defects/incorrect merchandise/item shortage upon receipt that prevents normal use, please promptly contact customer service through our official website message system or phone call.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Items are not eligible for return after the seven-day inspection period or if merchandise has been used, altered (including tag removal), worn causing wear or soiling, laundered, or contaminated with cosmetics, perfume or other odors.
Promotional gifts and campaign items are not eligible for return/exchange except for non-human-caused defects.
Defect Definition
Loose threads, unopened buttonholes, minor thread breaks, small stains, dimensional variations of 1-2cm, screen color variations, garment creases, and similar issues fall within international inspection standards and acceptable manufacturing tolerances, and do not constitute defective merchandise.
Return Application Process
After contacting customer service and shipment, authorized personnel will verify return/exchange merchandise condition, then contact you regarding refund procedures.
Please use the order inquiry system to provide refund account information. Refund processing will be completed within 3-5 business days.
Credit card payments will receive credit card refund processing; other payment methods will receive bank transfer to the registered account holder.
