If you receive suspicious calls or text messages, please stay alert and never follow instructions from unknown contacts. If you have any doubts, kindly contact Evopure+ immediately or call the National Police Agency Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 for verification.
Be especially cautious with incoming calls that display prefixes such as “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, as scammers may alter phone numbers or impersonate companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Do not click on unfamiliar links or accept unknown LINE friend invitations or messages.
Common fraud tactics include claims of “duplicate orders” or “incorrect installment payments” to gain your trust before urging you to perform internet banking or ATM operations. If the matter concerns your bank account or billing, please contact your bank directly. If a caller requests you to operate your account, provide information, or follow instructions, it is safest to refuse in order to reduce the risk of fraud.
For your online safety, we also recommend regularly updating your password, strengthening its security by using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and avoiding logins on public computers.
