RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Quality Assurance Period
EVOPURE+ provides a 7-day satisfaction guarantee inspection period to protect consumer rights. During this period, ensure complete product integrity including original packaging, hang tags, accessories, promotional items, and add-on purchases. 

Defect Reporting
For major defects, incorrect items, or missing components that prevent normal use, contact customer service immediately via official website email or telephone upon receipt.

Return Exclusions
Returns are not accepted after the 7-day inspection period or for items that have been worn, altered (including tag removal), laundered, contaminated with cosmetics/perfumes, or show wear patterns.

Promotional Items Policy
Complimentary and promotional items are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.

Defect Classification Standards

• Major Defects: Large-area damage/staining, hardware detachment, pattern misalignment, construction defects.
• Acceptable Quality Tolerances: Loose threads, unopened buttonholes, minor thread pulls, small stains under 1cm, sizing variations of 1-2cm, screen color variance, and fabric creasing fall within international garment inspection standards.

• Credit card reversals for card payments; bank transfers for alternative payment methods
